About Us
Elevating Dominican Leadership, Policy, and Community Impact in the United States
Who We Are
Mission
Dominicans on the Hill is a national platform that unites
Dominican-American leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and advocates to strengthen our collective influence in U.S. public life. Currently formalizing its 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
status, DOTH expands its mission through policy dialogue, leadership development, and cultural celebration—creating
sustainable programs in education, civic engagement, and community empowerment that advance equity, opportunity, and representation for all Dominicans in the diaspora.
About the Initiative:
Launched under the leadership of Congressman Adriano
Espaillat, Dominicans on the Hill unites voices across
government, business, and civil society to:
•Advocate for healthcare access, education, and economic empowerment.
•Celebrate Dominican excellence and strengthen our national visibility.
•Build partnerships between the U.S. and the Dominican Republic that drive innovation and inclusion.
The annual conference in Washington, D.C. serves as a national convening for dialogue, networking, and strategic collaboration
among Dominican professionals and allies.
